Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I passed JLPT N4, but that was 5 years ago. Am I still eligible to join this course?
A: Please contact Horiike-sensei to arrange for a level check prior to registering.
Q: Can I only register for the 1st half/2nd half of the course (JLPT N3 or N2 only)?
A: NO, those who are interested are required to register for the entire INTERMEDIATE level.
For other group classes around the similar levels, please contact our centre at Damansara Utama.
Q: ... but WHY?!!!
A: One of the main objectives of this course is to allow students to achieve JLPT N2 level prior to starting classes offered by language schools in Japan in April 2018. We are trying our best to control the pace and style intended for this course, having students joining and/or leaving during the course could interrupt the momentum for existing students.
Q: Why are you accepting 4 students only?
A: Due to the speed of the class and the syllabus that MUST be covered within the given time-frame, having more students could hinder us and our students from reaching the goal/objective of this course.
As this intake is an introductory to the course, please allow our teachers a term or two for trial-and-error and also to familiarize with everything that is required to make this course sustainable.
Q: I am very interested, but I can only join in December...
A: Please contact Horiike-sensei to discuss further on this matter.
Q: Must I pay in full? Do you have other options? Are there any installment plans for this course?
A: As a rule of thumb, the full amount is required when registering for the course.
However, if there is really a need to, please make an appointment to meet Horiike-sensei to discuss further on this matter.
