Q&A Corner

General Section

We suggest starting with Level 1, which is best for beginners to build a strong foundation.

Please contact the nearest branch to arrange a level check. If possible, bring your textbooks or study materials with you.

A level check is a mandatory process our teacher uses to assess the Japanese language proficiency of individuals who have studied Japanese before joining our classes.

You will be required to take a level check if you:

  • Studied Japanese through self-study
  • Learned Japanese at another school or language centre
  • Studied Japanese in the past but have since stopped

Please contact the nearest branch to arrange your level check.

You can find the information of registration on our Facebook and Instagram or you can contact us.

Japanese Class

No, intensive courses are only available at Damansara Utama branch.

The term ‘class levels’ refers to the different levels offered in our courses, while ‘JLPT levels’ indicate the proficiency of Japanese as measured by the JLPT exam. (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)

The table below is based on Damansara Utama branch.

You don’t have to buy the textbooks if you already have them. You can get your books in one of these ways:

  • Pick them up directly from us on class day, or
  • Come by before class starts (just let us know first so we can have them ready), or
  • Ask for delivery (shipping charges will apply).
